Mother/Son Dance Date Night

Corben and I dressed up for the Sports Mother and Son Dance Date night

All in Texas Rangers gear 

We went to Olive Garden for dinner and he ordered his own meal 

Then off to the dance, they took pictures, had little sports games for the boys to play and some dancing in the cafeteria. 

Corben liked the basketball hoop the best 

Meanwhile, Caleb took out Mason and she requested "a good rib place"...so they went to Dickey's. 

After the events, Caleb and I went out and celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary!  Great day!

Great family vacation to Morro Bay

Morro Bay Beach fun

We stayed at Morro Bay Dunes and literally walked over the dunes every day to the beach!  Love this location 

This year because of all the rain there was lots of driftwood that came down from a stream all over the beach, and people had made cool little huts 

This picture sums up our weekend....they played FRISBEE the ENTIRE time! And both loved every minute of it.  Don't get me wrong, they all collected their fair share of sand dollars and rocks/shells, but they were far more into playing this year!

when I came back the kids had wrote all our names around the cross.

The river that is feeding right into the ocean, you couldn't walk all the way to the rock, had to go up the road and back down, lots of fast moving water
