Wanting to drive Daddy's big green tractor (lawn mower)
There are two horses that live next to us and this is the mountain view from our back yard. Today this horse, Cooper, was talking a lot to Corben (nahhhh).
As you walk into his room, you see the letters Daddy made for Corben His big boy bed and bookshelves... notice the Texas flag on the side (our boy with Texan Roots)
His dresser, alphabet board Mommy made,
puzzles and Bass Pro Shop chair
(Aunt Jan made the 'stats' plaque...
and Cousin Kirk gave the Houston skyline).
Corben on his rocking train from Pop & Nonie...
and notice his own artwork on the wall.
Looking up at everything Mommy put on the shelves.
(It looks like he has been in this room for awhile..haha)
Notice the safe bed rails...hopefully he will stay in bed.
One happy BIG BOY!!!
Yes, he still has his pacifer....one thing at a time!
Meme is in the process of making him his very own twin bed quilt
in sport theme and stripes, that will make this room complete!!
While Daddy was unloading Corben's big boy bed....Dixie dog and Corben were just hanging out on the grass. Pictures coming soon of Corben's new big boy room!
Nonie got him a "bug light"!....his new favorite toy! Corben had fun playing at Pop & Nonie's house Caleb & Kathleen spent the weekend in San Francisco
We went to Manja and Chad McMills wedding.
Manja is a childhood friend of Kathleen
It was a gorgeous wedding and we had a great weekend,
even though it was our first weekend (Kathleen's first nights) away from Corben!
notice they are a little dirty from playing outside in the gravel driveway. Corben showing Eliana his coloring station
Eliana "reading" Corben one of his favorite books...love the expressions!
Cousin Eliana & Corben looking outside. Daddy got a riding lawn mower and Eliana's parents brought it today. Mommy was at work and missed all the fun, thanks Aunt Lindsay for taking the pictures.
Fun fact....both these cousins are expecting baby siblings very soon!!!
Corben has gone to daycare a couple of times a month for a few hours...
(the times when Mommy has to be at work before Daddy gets home from work).
Enjoy his ART WORK...
The finger painting was done a few months ago.
They had it displayed on the walls, so we just got to finally take them home! Corben glued shapes this week while at daycare... he was very excited to show Daddy when he picked him up.
Our new neighbor gave Corben this outdoor slide toy...he LOVES it! We were outside for awhile, notice his red cheeks... he even cried when we had to go in for dinner.
Always helping....Corben loves using the tape measure
Our little guy loves bread, so after our San Francisco trip we brought
him a little turtle "honu" made from sourdough bread from Boudin's.
