Corben 2 years & 4 months

Our happy little guy is growing up so quickly....28 months!

He loves saying new words, repeats most words we say.

He can recognize and say some of the letters of the alphabet.

His bottom two molars are cutting.

He loves to dance to silly songs.

He loves his little sister and kisses her all the time and tries to share with her most of the time.

He loves to play and explore outside......looking for ladybugs!

Army Crawling & Waving

Mason Kate on the move and on a mission...

she is army crawling and pushing up on her knees a little.

She started under her play gym by the mirror in the background...

and ended up on the playmat area.

Stare down with the dog. 

Mason was so fast that Corben was pulling the dog around and running faster because he thought Mason could chase him....she isn't quite that fast yet, but she is definitely strong and on the move.

Once Mason made it over to the play mat area, Corben was frantically picking up all his toys that he didn't want Mason to get...haha!!

Caleb looked at Mason and said wave to Daddy and she DID...3 different times.

and she is giving it right back to him!!

Our Fruit Orchard

We planted 10 fruit trees.  From our back patio, you look out to the orchard

and see the fruit trees in the above formation.

Shorts & Flip Flops

So curious about her toes and her new flip flops!

Surprise...Mason has been pulling up to stand. 

She still needs lots of support and with her hip issue we really aren't encouraging it,

however sometimes all she wants to do is stand!!

Mason Kate is 8 months and such an alert and happy girl.

She is sitting up, rolling all over, bobbing her head and moving her feet all the time. 

She is "talking" baby babble, giggling, smiling, reaching, and pointing with her first finger.

She likes to eat: Acorn Squash, Butternut Squash, Yellow Squash, Peas, Sweet Potatoes, Pears, Plums, Bananas, and oatmeal cereal (all home made by Mommy).

We had Caleb's parents, siblings and their families to our house to celebrae Memorial Day!

We had three great days of relaxing and playing with all the kids. 

Thanks to Pop & Caleb, we also now have an orchard with our fruit trees planted!

Our little helpers...

We had a little water damage and after the repair, we needed to paint our dining room.

Don't worry, Mason only helped Daddy briefly and the windows were open for venting and the paint claims to be safe.

As for Corben, he is a hard core worker and helped til the end. 

Daddy set him up with a dry paint roller and he was happy

working side by side Mom & Dad as we painted the room.
