Swim lessons with Lauren

Today Mason's swim teacher was Lauren

This is the first time Mason has put her head up while kicking on the frog and actually kicked her way to the toys they threw in the water!

1st day of Preschool

Let me just first say that I forgot to take the picture in the morning....

so this is when I picked him up.

Honestly his clothes were matching in the morning,

but two pee accidents later and this was how I picked him up.

He was happy, but hungry and thirsty.

His teacher Miss Rachael said he didn't eat much and didn't drink the milk they provided...he wanted his water, next time he will have to ask for his water. 

Mason was so excited to pick up brother!

They held hands in the car on the ride home.

(while Corben was eating any snack I could find and he also devoured his dinner that night).

"I need a Bible"

Last night While sitting in the bathroom before bath time. Corben was sitting on a stool 'reading' a book.....and he looked up at me and said, "I need a Bible (pause)....a Jesus Bible".

He is such a sweet boy and I wanted to record this date and memory.

Tonight at bible study, a dear friend gave me a list of age appropriate children's Bibles!
So grateful to God for these amazing times in our lives!

Mason Kate 18 months

Love this sweet, wild, crazy, giggly little girl. 

Mason has 9 teeth, two dimples, chubby belly and the need for speed (all the time).

She is saying many words: heart, star, fish, more, please, thank you, yes, all done, cat, bird, hat, diaper, shoes, socks, bath, eyes, kiss, hi, bye, momma, dadda, brother, papa, kick, ut-oh (etc, too many for me to think of).

She loves to run, sit on your lap, pat your back, play with her dolls, play trains with brother (really anything brother is doing she would love to do).  She looks up to him and just adores Corben! 

Her hair is getting longer brown curls, it is fine and getting thicker. 

Love those big brown eyes and sweet chubby cheeks!

You have our hearts miss Mason Kate!

Mason was a super star today....barely any crying and did the swim to the wall, push down turtles and monkey crawl to the steps almost all my herself!!! 

She is doing great and had her head under water most of the lesson! 

Corben also did awesome today and kept his mouth closed while under water and really had fun swimming today!
