Morro Bay Beach fun

We stayed at Morro Bay Dunes and literally walked over the dunes every day to the beach!  Love this location 

This year because of all the rain there was lots of driftwood that came down from a stream all over the beach, and people had made cool little huts 

This picture sums up our weekend....they played FRISBEE the ENTIRE time! And both loved every minute of it.  Don't get me wrong, they all collected their fair share of sand dollars and rocks/shells, but they were far more into playing this year!

when I came back the kids had wrote all our names around the cross.

The river that is feeding right into the ocean, you couldn't walk all the way to the rock, had to go up the road and back down, lots of fast moving water

Morro Bay weekend

To our surprise, Paul, Kara, and the boys were already at the coast and stayed late to meet up with us and enjoy some campfire goodies

Mason was shagging bags and helping with Corben's baseball practices and asked if she could play softball....we got her on the team right before games started and she got a few practices in too 

Her friend from class, Aseem, is on her team too

And Kathleen has a friend from when we first moved here and her twin daughters are also on the team!  Should be a fun season.
