So sweet together!

We kept talking to Corben about what he could dress up as for Halloween...

after his first football game experience with Daddy...

all he wanted to be was a Football Player! 

Black face paint, helmet, wrist gaurds, socks, shoes and football.

He is ready to trick or treat!

Halloween Costumes

Mason Walking Video

A litlte blurry...so excited she is walking!! 

She can walk across the room, we were holding her bottle and she really wanted it. 

Now that I know I can post a video, hopefully I will post more!!

W-A-L-K-I-N-G

These boots were made for walking!

I should mention, she is reaching and grabbing for a bottle that we keep moving

(in order to get the pictures!) 

So happy and proud of herself! 

Yippee!! Mason started cruising around at 9.5 months and walking at 12.5 months

Bikes

Through my MOPS group I was able to purchase these used matching bikes for the kids at a steal of a deal 

Thanks to Nonie...they each have their own name bike plate! 

Mason wears a seat belt and Corben is trying really hard to turn the pedals 

I love the push bars and yes, they both loved to be pushed at the same time!!

Pear-Bear Muffins

We (mainly me and a little Corben) made muffins today...

Art Easel

Corben ususally says "I want to draw something" a few times a day...

so today we set up the art easel.

Corben told me the picture on the far right is a "horse"...

and the picture on the left is a "pool" (ie: swimming pool)

Pretty good!

Next we got out the water colors and Corben really loved using the paint brush 

Focused and serious about drawing

Usually uses his left hand, but if I ask him to switch hands, he will for a little while. 

When sister woke up for her nap...she got to join in the fun...

however it was short and might not be repeated!

(she wanted to draw on everything except the art easel)

Getting rings isn't his favorite, but he gets them anyways!

Pumpkin Patch

Mason had a follow up appointment with the Orthopedic Surgeon...

Good news, Praise the Lord, Her hips are normal!!

...

We ran quite a few errands and then out to the Cobb Ranch pumpkin patch,

Mason fell asleep right as we were pulling in.

Corben was saying 'pumpkins now' all day, so he was very happy when we got to the pumpkin patch!

Corben loved the petting zoo and fed the animals

but Corben loves all things "baby-sized", so this section was his favorite!

Mason is awake and fasicinated by all the pumpkins.

I love the white pumpkins too! 

Of course Mason is having a taste of the baby-sized pumpkins brother picked 

 It was ~95 degrees, so we were all hot and wanting to head home,

I will try for more brother and sister fall pictures later.

Papa John & Meme

Papa John & Meme spent a great 2 weeks with us 

The kids had so much fun! 

Corben really had a great time with Meme and was so careful with her hurt foot

he also loved pushing her around in the wheelchair whenever she wasn't walking. 

Mason is a little "firecracker" and after months of me explaining this to Papa John and Meme over the phone and them not believing me....they finally got a dose of little miss "firecracker"!!!
