After a full day of play ended with a fun swim in our pool.....

we sat down to some homemade strawberry shortcake. 

As we were all enjoying the yummy dessert,

Corben turns to me and says,

" Job well done Cowboy!"

I turned to him and said what did you say......

he then repeated it even slower with more of a twang,

"Job...well...done...C o w b o y !"

I instantly said to Caleb his Texan roots are showing strong! Caleb however, thinks he might have heard it on the movie Toy Story.  Either way, so cute to say after he was eating a yummy dessert!

Avila Barn

Corben loved the chickens, but sad he couldn't feed them. 

We stopped at Avila Barn....lots of fresh produce, animals to feed, and free tractor ride...sounds great to us!

Mason tended to give very small pieces of lettuce to the animals and then she would eat a piece too.
