Thanksgiving at the Fire Station

Ok...not loving the new paint on the fire engines...not great for pictures!
...
The new stripes in yellow and red and helpful for the engines so people don't run into them....seems hard with a huge engine...but it happened enough that they had to paint all the engines.

Love these two!
Kid table...Thanksgiving with new friends William and Emily
Playing go fish with new friends
Caleb and the other men cooked our entire meal and cleaned.
The kids and I stayed overnight in the trailer behind the station.  So fun for the kids!

MB2 & Church fun

Kids were off a whole week of school...so we started with family fun at MB2 Raceway!

Then we had a fun day at church at the fall festival
with friend Emily
Kids love face painting and balloon animals!

Harris Ranch Inn Resort

Our family took some much needed family time and headed to Harris Ranch Inn Resort.
(Caleb and I had bid on a getaway a few years ago, and finally decided to take the kids and use it, it included our stay, dinner and money to use at their store)
Our balcony with view of the pool
Beautiful grounds
Loved the boxwood hedge design

Since the pool is heated and they had many hot tubs....we all brought our swim suits!

Love this man and our family time!

We then walked to dinner and saw many fountains along the way

Relaxing in the morning
Mason like the golden bear and little stream
Loved the brick ranch style decor throughout the resort

Next we headed to Hanford to the Superior Dairy Company

This was a "single" scoop of ice cream we all shared

The kids shared a cookies and cream shake and barely ate half
....
We had much needed family time!  So thankful for our tribe!

Corben and Caleb shooting

Caleb took Corben out shooting
Their friends Johan and his son Landon joined them.

High Tea Event

I was asked by a good friend to host a table for the Pregnancy Care Center Ladies High Tea
The kids helped me set the table the night before
Just a quick view at how many tables were at the event

Hosting the table meant inviting friends too...
I was glad to have Angela and Joni there

Had a great group of ladies with me!
Idette, Julie, myself, Melissa,
Joni, Tina, Jenny and Angela

For a gift...I made these mugs for each friend
Thanks to my hand lettering class....I painted with a gold paint pen onto the glass mugs.  I then baked the mugs to have the paint set and traced over and rebaked a total of 4 times.  Then I filled with shredded paper and wrapped.  They will be dishwasher safe and for use with hot or cold drinks.  So fun!
